Frequent maintenance of lead-acid battery is not only time consuming but also costly. However, RoyPow LiFePO4 forklift batteries are more cost-effective in opposite. The up to 10 years battery life reduces overall battery investment and LiFePO4 batteries are virtually maintenance free which means there is no need for constant watering, equalize charging, or cleaning, saving greatly on labor and maintenance costs. 4. Enhanced safety
As is known to all that lead-acid batteries are filled with electrolyte which may generates electricity through a chemical reaction of lead plates and sulfuric acid. However, RoyPow LiFePO4 forklift batteries are ultra safe during the operation due to their high thermal and chemical stability. They are fully sealed without any potentially harmful gases released during charging and thus no dedicated room is needed. Moreover, the built-in BMS provides multiple safety protections, including over charge, over discharge, over heating and short circuit protections and it can track cell temperatures to ensure they remain in safe operating ranges so there is no risk anymore.
5. Intelligent design
RoyPow smart 4G module can realize remote monitoring in real-time even in different countries. When faults occur, an alarm in time will be raised. Once the faults can not be solved, a remote diagnose online can be got to solve the problems as soon as possible. With OTA (over the air), remote software upgrades can solve software problems in time and GPS can lock the forklift automatically if necessary. Besides, the battery management system (BMS) can monitor cell voltage, electric current and battery temperature, so that any movement outside of normal range disconnects the cell or the entire battery.
6. Wide options
RoyPow LiFePO4 batteries offer wide voltage ranges for different forklift applications such logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, etc. and are compatible with various brands like Hyundai, Yale, Hyster, Crown, TCM, and more. To cover most of the forklift range, RoyPow LiFePO4 batteries can be generally divided into 4 systems: 24V, 36V, 48V, and 72 V /80 V / 90 V battery system. The 24V battery system is well suited for class 3 forklifts, like Walkie Pallet Jacks & walkie stackers, end riders, center riders, walkie stackers, etc, while the 36V battery system provides an elevated experience in class 2 forklifts, such as narrow aisle forklifts. For medium balanced electric forklifts, the 48V battery system is a perfect fit and 72 V /80 V / 90 V battery system will be great for heavy duty balanced forklifts in the market.
7. Original chargers
To deliver the optimal battery performance and the best communication between the charger and the battery, RoyPow self-developed original charges are supplied. The smart display of the charger shows the battery status and the operator can leave the truck between shifts or have a rest. The charger and forklift will automatically monitor whether the safety environment and battery condition are suitable for charging, and if ok, the charger and forklift will automatically start charging.
