Job Description
Job Purpose: Prospect and visit the client base as well as provided leads
serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
 
Duties:
▪  Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
▪  Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
▪  Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
▪  Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
▪  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
▪  Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
▪  Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
▪  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
▪  Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
▪  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Description
 
Key responsibilities:
▪  Acting as the first point of contact to the managing director
▪  Acting on behalf of and representing the director as required, including the management of calls, enquirers and requests
▪  Reporting back to the director with detailed and accurate notes following any absence
▪  Undertaking projects on a regular basis, including event planning, order taking and processing according to internal procedures
▪  Attending meetings and producing follow-up notes
Essential requirements:
▪  Educated to a degree level
▪  A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
▪  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.( Mandarin speaker preferred)
▪  Competent with Microsoft Office packages
Personality profile:
▪  Uses initiative with minimal supervision
▪  Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
▪  Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
▪  Excellent organisational skills
▪  Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
▪  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
